How long does shipping take? Standard shipping within Australia takes 2–5 business days (1–3 with Express). Express options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? yes- currently only to New Zealand & Australia
Is shipping free? Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100.

What's your returns policy? 30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging, for a full refund or exchange.

Is it safe for my baby? Yes — the thermos and lid are made from food-grade, BPA-free materials and tested to remain within the safe 30–45°C feeding range. It is advised to use pre sterilised water at the set temp you want the baby bottle to be made up at.
