Every Mavi Baby Thermos comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.
If you experience an issue with your Mavi Baby Thermos that you believe is covered by the warranty, simply contact us at info@mavibaby.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will assess the problem and, where covered, arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Caring for your Mavi Baby Thermos
A little care helps keep your Mavi Baby Thermos looking and performing its best.
Steel Thermos Body
Hand wash with warm water and a mild dish soap after use. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storing.
For thorough cleaning, fill the bottle only with boiling water and allow it to sit for one minute. Always remove the Smart Temperature Lid before sterilising. Boiling water may damage the lid’s internal electronic components.
Smart Temperature Lid
The lid contains electronic components and should not be submerged in water, boiled or placed in a dishwasher.
To clean, gently wipe the lid with a soft, damp cloth. For the area around the digital display and temperature sensor, use a lightly dampened cloth and avoid excessive moisture.
Water ONLY
The Mavi Baby Thermos is specifically designed to hold water for formula feeding and is intended for water only.
For hygiene, performance and safety, do not place breast milk, prepared formula, formula powder, juice or other liquids inside the Thermos.
Use the Thermos to keep your water at the desired temperature, then prepare your baby’s formula separately when needed.
