Once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Express Delivery
1–3 business days — $14.95 AUD

New Zealand

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

You can use the tracking link provided to follow your parcel’s journey from our warehouse to your door.

A little note about delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
